In 2021, Fabletics Men dropped the ultimate do-it-all performance short. Made with high-stretch, quick-dry fabric, perfectly placed zip pockets, and anti-stink tech, it offered unmatched versatility. We dubbed it The One Short because you only need one.
It flew off the shelves.
After quickly selling out month after month and getting flooded with 5-Star reviews (seriously, check them out), we knew we had something special. So, we listened closely, talked, strategized, and approached our design team with one simple question:
How can we make this style bigger and better?
Now, after countless hours of innovation, we’re happy to announce the official release of the expanded One Collection.
What’s New to The One Collection?
The One Collection now boasts two new offerings, including:
The One Jogger
The One Jogger is a brand-new, never-before-seen pant inspired by The One Short. In fact, it’s essentially The One Short with extra fabric to cover your calves. It offers the same sport style, quick-dry fabric, and performance versatility as the short. The only major difference is that it has three pockets instead of two, and one of them is hidden.
The Lined One Short
The Lined One Short is the same as the original One Short, but with one notable change: a breathable mesh liner for support. Now, you can go commando with confidence in our most versatile pair of shorts. And while “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” certainly applies to this fan-favorite short, we figured options are never a bad thing.

From the fabric to the pockets, versatility was our Northstar when designing this collection. Here’s a breakdown of the core components that make this collection so dynamic:
Lightweight & Stretchy
Whether you’re running trails or tackling chores, there’s nothing worse than a stiff, structured pair of pants. The One Collection is super-stretchy and lightweight, so you can stay cool and move freely.
Quick-Dry Fabric
Made with our Boundless signature fabric, The One Collection dries as quickly as any traditional board short or swim trunk. The shorts are also excellent for swimming. From spills to splashes, this collection is ready for anything.
Pockets for Anything
From the supermarket to the squat racks, you need a place to put your phone, wallet, and keys. The One Jogger has two easy-access side pockets and a hidden zipper pocket for secure storage, and The One Short has two zip-up pockets conveniently located on the short’s side seams.
Tactical Towel Loop
Your towel should never touch the gym floor — especially if you’re planning to wipe your face with it. (Seriously, please don’t do that. There are bacteria everywhere!) Luckily, our trademark towel loop makes it easy to stash your towel on your side and go.

Fabletics is a monthly subscription service. One of the benefits of becoming a member is that we release new styles and colors every month. So, while The One Short came in black, race blue, shadow gray, classic navy, soft pine, plum royale, and magenta red this April, you’ll get a new set of colors to choose from next month and the month after that.
